FlowBuilt Studio is a one-person web design and automation studio in Los Angeles, run by Maia Hariton. This page explains what happens to your information when you visit this site or get in touch — in plain language, without the legalese.

What I collect

Only what you choose to give me, plus a little anonymous traffic data:

• What you send through the contact form — your name, email, and the project details you fill in. I use it to reply and to scope the work. Nothing more.
• What you send by email or when you book a call — whatever you share when you email me or schedule a discovery call.
• If you request a freebie (the quiz fix-list or free recipes) — your email address, so I can send it. You can ask to be removed any time.
• Anonymous, privacy-friendly analytics — I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless tool that doesn't track you across sites or collect personal data. It tells me which pages are popular and roughly where visitors come from, all aggregated and anonymous.

What I don't do

No selling your data, no advertising trackers, no creepy cross-site profiling, and no spam. This site doesn't set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Anything you tell me about your business is treated as confidential.

The tools that help run this site

Like most small studios, I rely on a few trusted third-party services. Each only ever sees the data needed to do its job:

• Hostinger — hosts the website and its server logs.
• FormSubmit — delivers contact-form messages to my inbox.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics — anonymous, cookieless traffic stats.
• Calendly — schedules discovery calls (used only if you book one).
• Gumroad — handles shop checkout and digital-download delivery (used only if you buy a kit; your payment details go to Gumroad, never to me).
• YouTube — hosts the videos linked from the Watch page.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces this site uses.

Some of these tools may set their own cookies when you actively use them — for example, when you open the Calendly scheduler or check out on Gumroad. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

How long I keep things

I keep enquiries and project correspondence for as long as it's useful to do the work and keep records, and no longer than I need to. Ask me to delete yours and I will.

Your rights

Want to know what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Just email maia.hariton@gmail.com. I'll take care of it within 30 days, usually the same week.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be made obvious here rather than buried.
